Madeleines make a leap ahead!

March this year the Belgium System Integrator Intrion NV situated in Huizingen, gained the contract from one of the most important manufacturers of Madeleines cakes in France to make their production more efficient by disconnecting their production from the distribution. From their production lines coming their products are continuous transported towards two i-Collector production buffers [OBS]. The i-Collectors will be automatic being load and unload by a robot system. Some of the strongest points why they decided to use the i-Collectors was the limited floorspace but also the height and the simplicity of the system, low cost of ownership and green automation. But also the changing in delivery meaning more and more demand for mixed pallets instead of complete load of one product, a typical trend nowerdays.
